In 1980, our story began not in a boardroom or commercial kitchen, but with a woman, a vision, a few carefully crafted sandwiches, and the trunk of a car. With no blueprint, only determination, creativity, and an uncompromising standard for quality, our founder set out to redefine what hospitality could look like in Utah.
What started as a small, woman-led venture quickly became something far greater. As word spread and demand grew, a humble deli evolved into Cuisine Unlimited, now recognized as one of Utah’s most distinguished catering and event companies.
From the beginning, we saw opportunity where others saw limitation. Our approach has always been intentional, with thoughtful menus, impeccable execution, and events designed to feel both effortless and unforgettable.
Over the decades, our work has expanded from intimate celebrations to large-scale, high-profile occasions, including the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics and the Sundance Film Festival from its start to its final season in Utah in 2026. Yet, at our core, we remain guided by the same principles that shaped our earliest days, vision, resilience, and a belief that true luxury lies in detail, authenticity, and connection.
