Cuisine Unlimited transformed the UMFA Café into a sleep, chic cocktail club last night for Salt Lake Magazine’s 11th Annual Dining Awards. Dramatic black and copper-draped tables and arches and soaring floral arrangements of birds of paradise created a champagne atmosphere for Utah chefs and restaurateurs to meet and mingle before the ceremony.

I have a special appreciation for the organizational skills it takes to set up a temporary restaurant, serve guests with grace for a concentrated period, and then make the whole thing disappear in a matter of minutes. Maxine Turner and her crew at Cuisine Unlimited pulled it off with consummate style.

Colorado is a little intimidating to say the least.  When I explained our situation, you jumped right in and came up with a menu, décor and all the little details.  Your staff was not only very professional, but they went out of their way to make adjustments on the fly.  The set up was beautiful.  Our event went off without a hitch.  Now for the food.  It was delicious!  I heard nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests. Everyone is looking forward to our next dinner and you will be my first call to help with the planning!!
