Heating Instructions
Bulk Orders with 6 portions or more
Prime Rib – Your Prime Rib has been cooked to medium rare unless you instructed otherwise.
To heat to maintain medium rare to medium, preheat oven to 300 degree. Add ¼ cup water for a ½ prime rib to ½ cup water to a whole rib. For added flavor, you can add any drippings or beef broth in place of water. Cover with foil and place heated over for 12-15 minutes. Internal temperature should be 150-160 degrees in center.
Whole Smoked Turkey - Add 1/2 cup of water to your roasting pan, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated 300 degree oven. Heat approximately 20-30 minutes. Be assured that the turkey is fully cooked. Do not overheat or it will dry. It is not necessary to serve piping hot.
Chicken Breast stuffed with Cornbread & Currents – Heat in preheated 300 degree oven for 12-18 minutes or in a microwave for no more than 2-3 minutes.
Salmon – Heat in preheated 300 degree over for 6-8 minutes or microwave for no more than 1 minute.
Gravy - Warm on low heat for 15-20 minutes on stove or cover and microwave for no more than 1-2 minute.
Mashed Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes, Stuffing & Sweet Potatoes - Heat in oven at preheated 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes or microwave for 5-6 minutes in microwave safe container.
Vegetables – Heat in oven at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or in microwave safe container for 4- 5 minutes.
Individual Dinners Sliced Prime Rib & Turkey - Drizzle 3-4 T. warm water and place along with your potatoes and covered with foil in a preheated 300 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes. If heating in a microwave, place all food needed for heating in a microwave safe container and drizzle with 4 T water, cover and heat for approximately 3 minutes.
Gravy - Warm on low heat for 20 minutes on stove or cover & microwave for no more than 20-25 seconds.
Mashed Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes, Stuffing & Sweet Potatoes - Heat in oven at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or microwave for 1-2 minutes in microwave safe container.
Vegetables – Heat in oven at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or in microwave safe container for 1-2 minutes.
