When you call the Utah Warm Line, you will speak with a certified peer support specialist. Our peer support specialists have gone through specialized training. They have also lived through experiences like yours—mental illness and substance misuse that is disrupting your happiness. Call for support today!” (Utah Department of Human Services).

The SafeUT app provides a way to connect to licensed counselors that are ready to listen to any sized crisis or concern. Help is immediate and confidential, and as easy as reaching for your phone and sending that first text.
It says it is a statewide service, but will ask you to choose a school. Pick th University of Utah.
