Covid has had a big impact on us all and from that, we’ve seen that there are large wait times for getting in to see a therapist and often times their schedules don’t allow for info support. These are some great free phone numbers that you can call for support. These numbers are for anyone who needs mental health support at any level, don’t hesitate to call!
