About Maggie’s Gurls

“Many of us at Maggies Gurls Foundation have experienced first-hand the difficulties life can through at you as a part of the LGBTQ+ community, and many of us have lost loved ones to suicide because of these struggles. We came together for the purpose of providing a community for individuals who need it. We want to offer a space where anyone can feel welcome no matter who you are or where you come from. A space where you can find other people that know your struggle. Because in a world so large, nobody should feel alone.” (Maggie’s Gurls)

We met Topher at the LGBTQ+ Chamber event and just fell in love with his vision and his passion! We are so honored to be a part of helping this new organization grow.

Preservation Utah

“Established in 1966, Utah Heritage Foundation — now Preservation Utah — was the first statewide historic preservation organization in the western United States. Preservation Utah's mission is to keep the past alive, not only for preservation, but to inspire and provoke a more creative present and sustainable future. We preserve, promote and protect Utah's historic built environment through public awareness, advocacy and active preservation.” (Preservation Utah)

We look forward to doing events with Preservation Utah every year! They are such a wonderful group of people and we absolutely love to see these amazing historical buildings being saved. They often make for really great event venue spaces in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas.

Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Utah

“For more than 40 years, we’ve matched Bigs (volunteer mentors) with Littles (kids in the program) to ignite the potential of Utah kids. There are many ways you can support our mission and programs. In addition to volunteers donating their time, our youth and the environment benefit from used item donations and financial donations. All three types of contributions help kids get more out of their education, avoid risky behavior, aspire to be more, gain confidence, and, as a whole, build a safer, cleaner environment for us all.” (Big Brothers, Big Sisters Utah)

One of our owners, Merlin Jensen is a chair on the board for BBBS and several of our staff are Bigs. We donate our food and time to their fundraising events!

Community Nursing Services

“Community Nursing Services provides compassionate Home Health and Hospice care to patients and families who have experienced illness or injury; all in the comfort of their own home. CNS takes a more hands on approach by providing each and every patient with their own personalized plan-of-care. Our highly skilled team is comprised of nurses, social workers, chaplains, medical director and aides who truly care for our patients on a deeper level. We continue to provide the best Home Health and Hospice services in Utah by simply listening to our patients and their family’s needs.” (Community Nursing Services)
