ASAE Closing Celebration
/Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to work with Visit Salt Lake to put together a picnic for the closing celebration of the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition. The Red Butte Garden Amphitheater provided the perfect, picturesque setting for more than 2,000 guests at the event.
Out employees laid out 449 blankets, each with a picnic basket filed with red and white wines, charcuterie platters, and artisan Utah cheese trays. Tables were also set up on the patio for VIP guests at the event.
Guests were able to select a Neiman Ranch beef tender, Mediterranean chicken, or grilled vegetable kabobs for their entree. Each meal also included marinated vegetables, a jicama citrus salad, bread, and an assorted cookie or dessert bar.
