The inaugural season of Broadway at the Eccles has been one for the books, and it's not slowing down for the second season! During a live KSL special Wednesday night, the 2017-2018 season and specials were announced on the stage of the Delta Performance Hall at Eccles Theater.

We were on hand for the party with a delectable assortment of hors d'oeuvres, including some of our most popular options like the chicken & waffle cones, Mediterranean cucumber cups, and Christiansen farm BLT. Of course, the event would not have been complete without some signature desserts, which were themed to go along with some of the amazing shows that were announced as part of the season lineup!

An American in Paris

This musical is based on the classic 1950's film that has enchanted audiences for decades. Represented by these delicate raspberry cream puffs, An American in Paris will show at Eccles Theater October 10-15, 2017.

Elf the Musical

The magical retelling of the Christmas story we have all come to know and love is sure to bring the holiday spirit to audiences in Salt Lake City, just as these playful mint cupcakes did even in March! Elf the Musical will run from November 24-26, 2017.

Something Rotten!

Why not have some fun with dessert? Our decadent strawberry cake bites were smashed to appear as rotten tomatoes prevalent in the misfit musical. Something Rotten! can be seen at Eccles Theater January 9-14, 2018.

The Sound of Music

Go on a journey to the beautiful hills of Austria with the Von Trapp family. Simple truffles were decorated with musical notes and filled with rum-caramel. The Sound of Music will play February 27-March 4, 2018 at Eccles Theater

Hamilton

What more needs to be said? The instant icon is represented in these star-shaped sugar cookies that were a hit with all guests in attendance. Audiences will be thrilled by Hamilton in one of the first cities in North America to play the show April 11-May 6, 2018.

The Phantom of the Opera

Try to come up with a more perfect representation than an opera torte topped with the unmistakable phantom mask. The Phantom of the Opera will make its triumphant return to Salt Lake City July 11-22, 2018.
