"I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with every aspect of our Hall of Fame Event you catered on Monday evening. From the food to the service, everything was perfect. I have had so many compliments on the food and I keep telling our guests they simply must use you in the future. No one else in Utah can compare. I know the space was confined but your servers we exceptional. They didn’t miss a beat and I’m not quite sure how they managed to get between seats but they did it with grace and without disturbing our guests. Please know how much we appreciate your attention to every detail. I want you to know that our Board is over 90 strong of top executives in Salt Lake and I won’t hesitate to recommend Cuisine Unlimited to every Board Member in the future.  Please thank your staff for all of their hard work."
