"Kim,  The evening went beyond my expectations. The staff were right on time and set a beautiful buffet table. The food was outstanding and many commented about how nice it was. The potatoes were a HIT, as were the succulent beef medallions and salad.  Kim, I had such a good experience working with you, and as I told people we did this through email. I wouldn’t be surprised if you receive some bookings. Thank you for your help and patience in pulling the evening together. When we started I was nervous because I wasn’t able to see or personally interact with you. As time worn on you helped by sending pictures and by giving me advice, which I appreciated. Everyone had a great time and my mother was taken back with everything. The next event I have I will definitely contact you."
